Issues to address
SIT passed on 7 Oct, but the project is still at the Meegle Pre-initiation review, with Resource Assessment after that. No dev resources are locked yet, and DataOne needs 3–4 weeks of SIT/UAT once the API is ready.
UAT: end of October (DataOne, 24 Sep) vs 6 Nov (Prawit, 12 Oct). Go-live 25 Dec vs SEC AIP "within 2026", which means eKYC testing likely in early 2027 (Buranat, 23 Sep).
Source IPs, protocols, firewall whitelisting for DataOne / NDID / IdPs, TLS cert exchange (Q30, Q32). Nobody has posted these yet, and they fall under TH IT.
Q24 hosting, Q29 PDPA residency, Q34 cross-border transfer. Each depends on the Group cluster architecture, which the TO (Jesse) owns.
The PO changed from 多比 to 加菲 and the TO from Yunyun to Jesse. Business side: Prawit is BO, Buranat is PO/PM. No RACI has been posted.
A Thai Compliance Officer must review eKYC before go-live (Ken Loke). Nobody has been named.
